Competitor registration will be available for the 2012 ANB Asia Pacific International Physique, Figure and Fitness Model Championships within the next 24 hours.There has been a few changes in regards multiple categories this year allowing athletes to enter more than one single category. 2012 is looking bigger and better than ever, the countdown clock has been reset for the biggest Natural Physique, Figure and Fitness Weekend in the Southern Hemisphere
We understand the importance of planning ahead when it comes to competing in events like this so we are proud to announce we have locked in the official contest dates for our 2012 ANB Asia Pacific Championships to take place on Queenslands beautiful Gold Coast. These dates being the 10th June for the Physique & Figure titles and the 11th of June for the Male & Female Fitness Model and Model titles.
We constantly strive to lift the bar when it comes to the presentation, opportunities and running of the Asia Pacific as we consider this to be our duty to the athletes who invest so much time and effort in preparing for events like this. Once again "Team Selection" for Las Vegas 2012 will take place, with a number of athletes from the 2 day event being selected to compete in the Fitness America Weekend/ Musclemania World Championships in Las Vegas.
The official media day will take place on the 9th June in conjunction with the competitor registration. We will be shooting for potential covers and star profiles for Natural Bodz Magazine along with our Sports Model Calendar.

2012 Natural Bodz Sports Model International Calendar
Congratulations to the 12 girls featured in the 2012 Calendar. So many amazing female athletes took part in the 2011 Asia Pacific Championships weekend and photoshoot, congratualtions to all however the 2012 Calendar Girls include : Laura, Kate, Belinda, Claire, Natalie, Ashleigh, Paige, Simone, Hayley, Kirra, Sheree and Whitney. There incredible images were captured at the official Natural Bodz Media day at the 2011 ANB Asia Pacific by Steve Jones and Rob Bell of Inspired Photography.
This is yet another example of the exposure that gained from competing in the ANB Asia Pacific International. You could be featured in our 2013 calendar, all you have to do is compete in next years event.
It's time to get exposed!
The athletes who compete in the ANB Asia Pacific have this inbuilt desire to become the very best they can be, to break through any major or minor sticking points, to reach out in a quite yet confident way and inspire others to one day step onto the competition stage. Each and every athlete who makes the decision to set a goal and commit to this goal with total dedication is a living and breathing example of exactly what can be achieved through this amazing lifestyle of natural bodybuilding and fitness! Inspiring is a word that sits at the forefront of my mind when I think of an event like this. Athletes from as young as 16 all the way through to ultra grand masters at 80 years of age make there way to center stage to show the fruits of their efforts in and out of the gym.

Our goal with the ANB Asia Pacific International is to make this an event of opportunities for athletes to not merely win a trophy, but also follow their dreams to compete in overseas events, appear on the cover of a health and fitness magazine, or break into a whole new world of exciting opportunities in the fitness industry. Everyone in this world seeks to be acknowledged for anything they do in life, we all seek recognition in one small way or another. One thing we can guarantee with the ANB Asia Pacific is, it may all start onstage but it certainly does not end there! Once our event is over we automatically go into promotion mode, where we work hard to provide as much exposure, recognition and opportunities for athletes who have competed in the event. Our efforts are ongoing as we work to deliver not just an event but something much more than that, something that empowers the athlete and provides inspiration for those looking to change their lives through the natural bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle. Team Vegas Captured Top Placings in 2011 Musclemania Fitness America Weekend |

Success In Las Vegas
A big congratulations are in order for our incredible team of athletes who captured top placings against the best of the best in the 2011 Musclemania Fitness America Weekend held at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The CEO of the organization Louis Zwick advised me that this was his biggest event in Vegas yet with well over 500 athletes and a sell out attendance. The standard of competitors was extremely high but our Team were up there with the best of them with a number of first place awards, and runner up placings across the various categories.
The overall presentation, hosts, stage and lighting was spectacular as always and provided a fun and exciting experience for all involved. Everyone in the Team loved the experience and no doubt many will be returning for next years event. It is an absolute pleasure to travel along side such an incredible group of athletes and to share their success on the world stage in Las Vegas. The success of our team is certainly a reflection of the caliber of physique that the ANB Asia Pacific International attracts and we are looking forward to hosting a bigger and better event with more great opportunities for our 2012 event.
I shot well over 5000 images and hours of video footage with a full event report to be featured in the next issue of Australian Natural Bodz Magazine. I will also put together some video clips to give everyone a taste of this years event.

First Ever Male & Female Fitness Model Event a Huge Success |

The 2011 ANB Asia Pacific was the launch pad for the first ever Male & Female Fitness Model Championships held in Australia. With over 80 incredible male and female competitors hitting the stage with a spectacular "Fashion Meets Fitness" style of event. With two different age groups for both men and women to allowing for equal opportunities and a level competitive playing field. The Female Fitness Model will include the under 30's and the over 30's (Classic) category. The Male Fitness Model will include an under 35yrs and the Classic for the over 35's.
Natural Bodz Magazine is proud to be the pioneer behind this exciting new event that offers exciting opportunities for all competitors that compete in the event. After this years event many of the models have already appeared on covers of Natural Bodz Magazine, within Star Profiles, editorials and our Official Sports Model Calendar. This is no ordinary event, it is an event that takes pushes the boundries each and every year to bring bigger and better opportunities to those who chose to compete.
New Fitness Modelling Categories Open New Doors For Competitors
The world of Fitness Modelling opens new doors for those who would still like to get up on stage but may not wish to compete as a bodybuilder or figure athlete. The potential to develop a career in Fitness Modelling is now a reality with the exposure gained through the wide reaching network of Australian Natural Bodz and US Natural Bodz. We have an exciting new platform about to launch that will take the exposure to an entirely new level, so watch this space for more details!
