Q: I was wondering whether first time competitors are able to enter the ANB Asia Pacific International Championships or whether there are local competitions that need to be entered first?
A:The entire competition and divisions are open to all first timers, there is no pre-requisite to have done any other shows or nor do you have to pre-qualify.
Q. I am unsure which category I should go into, can I enter in to more than one category in the Figure?
A: Restrictions have been lifted and from 2012 competitors are able to compete in more than one category in the ANB Asia Pacific International Championship, subject to the categories age, weight or height restrictions and applicable entry fees
Q.I am new to Bodybuilding competitions and will be competing in my very first event as a Novice Competitor and was wondering if we are required to perform a routine?
As of 2013 competitors that enter in either of the Novice Categories will not be required to perform a routine. Novice Categories will only require to undertake Rounds 1 and 2 ( Compulsory Posing Round and Symmetry Round) and will be judged on these two rounds. If a Novice Competitor would like to compete in another category, they may do so however the Routine round is complusory for all other Figure & Physique categories. |
